One of our staffs will quickly check if the vehicles is still available and get back to you with the details. Export price, shipping cost, transit time, and total estimated cost will be notified for you to agree and continue with the purchase.

Once the agreement is reached on the car details and total cost to the destination port, customer is advice to provide consignee information. This information is used to issue an invoice for the payment and also for the paperwork.
Required consignee information are,
1. Full names of consignee/buyer as they appear on the identity
2. Address and contact phone number of consignee in destination country
3. Proof of Identity ( Passport or National ID Card copy )
Make the payment according to the information we provide on the invoice within 48 hours and share with us a copy of your transfer slip.

At this stage, customer is advice to cross check the consignee information and make sure there are no mistake. Paperwork is processed according to the consignee information we received. Bill of Sales/Purchase agreement, Certificate of Title,Certificate of Origin, Odometer disclosure statement, Arbitration Agreement, Vehicle air pollution control statement with some other documents depending on the importation documents required at the destination port of entry are processed within 48 hours.

Once the vehicle paperwork is completed, we invite our freight forwarding company to come for the pick-up. Overland transport from our warehouse to the port of loading is done, shipping process at port follows and finally, vehicle is loaded into the vessel for departure.

At this stage, paperwork is completed, car is loaded, vessel has departed. Now it is time to receive all the original car documents through a courier company, we use DHL and Fedex. A tracking number is notified, and you will be advised to get these documents prior to the arrival of the vessel. These documents are what you will need to receive your new car at the destination port.

All you need to do here is to visit the destination port ( Port of Discharge ) with all the original car documents you have received from us via DHL or Fedex to collect your new car.
